Computer Depot Jack’s is a computer repair, sales, and technology services business located at 5711 Bowden Rd, Suite 15, Jacksonville, FL 32216. We provide repair services, custom PC builds, refurbished computer sales, and related tech services in Jacksonville, FL.
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not:
3.1 Free Estimates. We provide free estimates before beginning any repair. You will be quoted a price before work commences. We will not begin repairs without your explicit approval.
3.2 Warranty. All completed repairs carry a 90-day replacement warranty and one year of service support from the date of pickup. If the same issue recurs within 90 days, we will repair it at no charge. This warranty does not cover new damage, liquid damage, physical damage caused after pickup, or issues unrelated to the original repair.
3.3 Turnaround. Most repairs are completed within 1 to 2 business days. Complex repairs or parts availability may extend this timeline. We will notify you if a significant delay is expected.
3.4 Uncollected Devices. Devices left uncollected for more than 30 days after notification that a repair is complete may be subject to storage fees or, after 90 days, may be considered abandoned.
3.5 Data. We take reasonable care with customer devices, but we strongly recommend backing up your data before bringing in any device. We are not responsible for data loss during repair.
4.1 Product Listings. All product listings on our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel any order if a product is no longer available.
4.2 Pricing. Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price shown at the time of purchase confirmation.
4.3 Payment. We accept payment via the methods displayed at checkout. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. All transactions are processed securely.
4.4 Affirm Financing. Certain purchases may be eligible for financing through Affirm. Affirm financing is subject to eligibility requirements, may not be available in all states, and is provided by Affirm’s lending partners. Approval is not guaranteed.
4.5 Product Warranty. Refurbished products carry a 90-day warranty. Custom-built PCs carry a 90-day parts warranty and one year of service support. Warranty claims must be initiated by contacting us directly.
JackCash is our in-store loyalty and recycling rewards programme. JackCash coupons are issued at our sole discretion based on the quality and condition of electronics brought in. JackCash has no cash value, is non-transferable, and may only be redeemed in-store against qualifying purchases. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the JackCash programme at any time.
