Return Policy

This policy covers all products purchased and all repair services performed by Computer Depot Jack’s. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase or repair. If something is not right, contact us and we will work to resolve it.

1. Repair Services

1.1 Satisfaction Guarantee. Every repair is backed by a 90-day warranty. If the same issue returns within 90 days of pickup, bring the device back and we will repair it at no charge.

1.2 No Refunds After Repair Completion. We do not offer cash refunds on completed repairs. Our commitment is to fix the problem correctly, and we stand behind that with our warranty.

1.3 Declined Repairs. If you receive a free estimate and choose not to proceed, there is no charge. If you approve a repair and then cancel before work begins, there is no charge. If you cancel after work has begun, you may be charged for labour and parts used up to that point.

2. Physical Products — Gaming PCs and Refurbished Computers

2.1 Return Window. Products may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange, provided:

  • The product is in its original condition with no new damage.
  • All original accessories and packaging are included.
  • Proof of purchase is presented.

2.2 How to Return. Bring the product to our store at 5711 Bowden Rd, Suite 15, Jacksonville, FL 32216 during store hours (Monday–Saturday, 10 AM–6 PM). Contact us before returning to confirm eligibility.

2.3 Restocking Fee. Returns outside the 14-day window but within 30 days may be accepted at our discretion, subject to a 15% restocking fee.

2.4 Non-Returnable Items. The following are not eligible for return:

  • Products showing physical damage, liquid damage, or signs of misuse after purchase.
  • Software, digital downloads, or licence keys.
  • Products returned without original accessories or packaging.
  • Products purchased as final sale or clearance.

2.5 Warranty Claims. Products under our 90-day warranty that develop a fault covered by the warranty will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. Warranty claims are not the same as returns and are handled separately.

3. Custom-Built PCs and AI Workstations

Custom PC builds are built to your specification and are therefore non-refundable once assembly has begun. If you change your mind before build commencement, we will issue a full refund. After build commencement, we cannot accept returns. Any issues with a completed custom build will be addressed under our 90-day warranty and 1-year service support.

4. Accessories and Parts

Unopened accessories and parts may be returned within 14 days with proof of purchase for a full refund or store credit. Opened accessories may be returned within 14 days for store credit only, provided they are undamaged and all original packaging is present.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. If the original payment method is unavailable, we may issue store credit.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged or not what you ordered, contact us within 3 business days of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
